AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1g02,
ZONING DEFINITIONS, Pi3IiSItANT TO ORDINANCE
475
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California DO ORDAIN as follows:
Amending County Ordinance No. 1002, the following tez~ms
included:
1. Building Area: The total amount of ground area
occupied by all buildings and structures on a parcel of land.
2. Bui~.dngSi_te_: A specifically defined parcel which
can accommodate a building or group of buildings together with all yard
-and open space as required in the zoning district.
3. Lot Area: An area containing the minimum square
footage and frontage as xequired by the zoning district for a dwelling
unit or buildings.
4. Parcel: An area defined by an approved parcel map,
subdivision map or otherwise lawfully created parcel containing the
minimum square footage and frontage as required by the zoning district
at the time the parcel was created.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) after its passage, it shall be published with the. names of the -
members voting for and against the same in the Biggs News_______, a
newspaper published in the County
1 of Butte, State of California, on the 20th day of January, 1976,
