AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE

Purpose: Tn order to establish consistency within

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Government Cade Title 7,
Article 2 X65853 do ordain as follows:
Butte County Ordinance 10 78 as amended, an ordinance
consolidating "S-1" (Sub urban} zoning districts is
hereby named "S-R" {Suburban-Residential) zoning
districts.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the

a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 20th day of January,
