AN ORDINAI~TCE AMENDING SECTION 3, OF ORDINANCE
1078, USES ALLOWED SUBJECT TO SECURING A USE
PERMIT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State

County, being the Enabling Ordinance, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 3. The following uses subject to securing a
use permit in each case:
a. Golf courses and country clubs .
b. Public and quasi-public uses including churches,
firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds,
schools and public utility buildings.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty { 30 ) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after ~.ts passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Mercury Regzster a newspaper published a.n the
County of Butte, State of .California.
