The fallowing uses subject to securing a use permit in each case a. Golf courses and country clubs. b. Public and quasi-public uses including churches, firehouses, hospitals, parks and p~,aygrounds, schools and public utility buildings. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (3©) days after the date of its adopta.on, and before the expiration of fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it shall ba published with the names of the::;~~mbers voting for and against the same in the Mercury Rega.ster , a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
