AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 (B) of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte entitled FDR CLASSES WITH FLAT RATE
ASSIGNMENTS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
I following:
I' Flat Amount Class Class Title
$2.00/Hr. 0452 Unskilled Worker
and adding thereto the following:
$2.30/Hr. 0452 Unskilled Worker
Section 2 that Section No. 7 of Ordinance No. 12$4
of the County of Butte entitled ADMINISTRATIVE 020-000 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the fallowing:

and adding thereto the following:

Section 3 that Section No. 33 of Ordinance No. 1284

This ordinance shall take effect on March 6, 1976
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, this 27th day of lanuarX _~ 1976
