AN ORDINANCE A~:dFNDING ORDINANCE N0. 1497 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIF-
ORNIA, A "Tr1-40'~ (TIMBER--MOUNTAIN} DISTRICT
1 The Bo~a~d of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No, 475, of said
~ County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 ORDAIN as follows
6 Ordinance No. 1497 (Amending "TM-40'r Timber-Mountain)
6 District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
7 located near the Town of Feather Falls, more particularly
8 described as follows:
9 One parcel north of the Townsite identified as
AP 71-04-19, the other four mixes east of the
10 Townsite, identified as AP 73-04-05 and
AP 73-05-02, more particularly described as:

Parcel 1: The SW~ of Sec o 12, T20N, R6 E, MDB&M

18 That this Ordinance sha11 take effect thirty {30) days
19 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
20 fifteen {15) days after its passage, it sha11 be published with
21 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
22 ~~Droville Mercury-Register ~~ a newspaper published in the County
23 of Butte, State of California.
