COUNTY CODE AND ADDING THERETO SECTION II-14.1

The Board of Superv'ssors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1o That Section 1i-13 of the Butte County Cade is hereby

amended to read as foliaws:
"Seca II~-13o APPLICATION -FORM; FEE; REFERAL
TO SHERIFF AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT
Original applications for licenses under this
chapter shall be submitted on a form prescribed by and filed with the license
collectoro Each application shall be accompanied by a five dollar ($5000)
application fee which shall be deposited in the county general fund and shall
not be subject to refund o The application shall contain the name of the
applicant, his interest in the business, his business address, his residence
address, and shalt be signed by the applicant, The original application
shall be signed by the applicantfl The original application shall be referred
immediately to the sheriff and a copy thereof to the planning departmento "
Section 2, That the Butte County Code is hereby amended by
adding thereto the fallowing:
"Seto 1I-14,Ip In addition to the requirements
of Section ll-[4, the sheriff shall prepare an identification card containing
the photograph of the applicant, which identification card shall be laminated
in plastico This identification card sha[1 be submitted directly to the
license collector along with the information provided for in Section 11-[4"

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (34) days
after the date of its adoption, and k~efore the expiration of fifteen {l5) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County of --

passed and Adopted by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
3rd day of February , [976, by the following vote:

Chairman Cameron
