AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 925 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE CC1f~NTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AN "R-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT.
~. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 ORDAIN as follows:
6 Ordinance Na. 925 (Amending '£R--1`e Single-Family
6 Residential) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include
7 the following located northeast of Chico in the vicinity of
$ Forest Ranch.
9 "Forest Ranch Unit 1"~ per reap recorded in Map
Book 34 on pages 43 and 44 of the Butte County
10 Recorder, excepting therefrom lot. A, 1, and 2
of said "Forest Ranch Unit 1".

12 bounded by Forest Ranch Way, State Hwy. 32,
and lot 12 of "Forest Ranch Unit 1" per map
13 recorded in Map Book 34 on pages 43 and 44
of the Butte County Recorder,

All of "Northwoods Subdivision Unit 1" per map
15 recorded in Map Book 23 an page 1$ of the Butte
County Recorder.

18 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
19 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
20 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it .shall be published with
