AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1.528 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF

2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Mate
3 ofCalifornia, under and p~rsi3ant to Ordinance Noo 475 of paid
4 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
5 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Ordinance No. 1528 (Amending "A-R-S"' Agricultural-
7 Residential) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include
8 the following, located northeast of Chico in the vicinity of
9 Forest Ranch,
14 The SEA of the NEB., and the NEw of the SFr of
Sec b, T23N, R3E, MDB&M.

Z2 The NW4 of Sec 5, T23N, R3 E, MDB&M.
The NZ of the SEA of Sec 7, T23N, R3 E, MDB&M.
13 Containing 320 acreC more or lP_4C.
~.4 That this Ordinance ,shall take effect thirty (30) days
15 after the date of it,s adoption, and before the expiration of
i6 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
~7 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
