AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1388 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA,AN "N-C" (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL)

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordina nce Noa 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1388 (Amending 'fiN-C Neighborhood
Commercial) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include
the following located northeast of Chico in the vicinity of
Forest Ranch.
Lot A, 1, and 2 °f 'GForest Ranch Unit 1'~ per map
recorded in Map Book 34 on pages 43 and 44 of the
Butte County Recorder,
That portion of Sec. 6 T23N R3E bounded by State
Hwyo 329 Robert Ea Lee Drive and 'Forest Ranch
Unit 1" per map recorded in Map Book 34 on pages
43 and 44 of the Butte County Recorder.
A portion of the,SE~ of Sec 5, T23N R3E MDB&M,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwesterly corner of lot l,.
a~ said lot is shown on the Map of Forest Ranch9
Unit No. 1, which map was filed in the office of
the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of
California, in Book 34 of Maps, at pages 43 and
44; thence along the easterly line of Robert E.
