AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 995 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA A 'tC-1" {LIGHT COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475 of ,said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance-a~ amended, DO
4 ORDAIN a s follows
5 Ordinance No. 995 (Amending "C-J." Light Commercial}
B Di.~trict, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
7 located northeast of Chico in the vicinity of Forest Rancho
8 That portion of lot l of ;Sec 18, T23N, R3E,
MDB&M, located west of State Hwyo ~2.
9 Containing 10 acres more or less.
10 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
11 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
12 fifteen {15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
13 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Z4 ~ Chico Enterprise~Record ~~~ a newspaper published in the
15 County of Butte, State of California.
16 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
