The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, Mate
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475, of .said
Co~.nty, being fhe Zoning Eriabl3ig Ordinance as amended., DO:
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance Noo 1508 (Amending "TM-10'~ T~,mber-Mountain)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
located northeast of Chico in the vicinity of Forest Ranch.
The NW4 of the SW4 of Sec 4, T24N, R3E, MDB&M.
The S x o f the SW 4, the I3Er of the SW ~, and the
SEA of the NW4 of Sec 4, T23N, R3 E, MDB&M.
The SE4, the S~ of the NE4,, the NE4 of the NEB.,
and the SE4 of the SW4 of Sec 8, T23N, R3E, MDB&M.
The W2 of the W2 of Sec 9, T23N, R3E, MDB&M.
The W2, the NE4, and the NW4 of the SE4 of
Sec 17, T23N, R3 E, MDB&M.
The W~ of the NW4 of Sec 16, T23N, R3E, MDB&M.
Cona~aining 1,120 acrp~ more or le~C,
That ,this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
Jfifteen {15) days after it,s passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
~~Chico enterprise-Record ~~^~, a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on .the 10 ~~ day of
February ^^^^~ l97'6~ by the following vote:
