AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 996 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY 0>~' BUTTE, STATE OF CALIF-
ORNIA, A "C-2" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of_Ca~ifornia, under and pursuant. to"Ordinance No. 475, of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling 4rdiriance as amended, DO ""
~ ORDAIN as follows:
b Ordinance No. 396 {Amending "C--2" General Commercial)
6 District, Section 1 is hereby amended to ~.nclude the following,
7 located in Thermalito, more particularly described as:
8 All of Block T2 of "Thermalito Sub" per wall
Maps 4 and 6 of the Butte County Recorder.

Containing 4.fl acres, more or less. ~I

11 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {3fl} days
12 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
13 fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
14 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the

16 County of Butte, State of California. ~ "
