AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1665 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE 4F CALIF-
ORNIA, A "S-R-]." (SUBURBAN-RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California; under and pursuant ta-Ordinance No. 475 ,. of said- -
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 ORDAIN as follows:
~ Ordinance No. 1665 {Amendi.ng "S-R-1" Suburban-Residen-
B tial) Distract, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the
7 following, Stilson Canyon, mare particularly described as:
$ Beginning at the center of Sec 28, T22N, R2E, DDB&M,
9 east along the east-west centerline of said Sec 28,
880 ft; thence north to Little Chico Creek; thence
i0 meandering southwesterly along Little Chico Creek
to the north-south centerline of said Sec 28; thence
along laid north-south centerline N Olo 03' 12" W,
11 1300.52 ft; thence S 760 55' 47" w, 2931.42 ft;
thence S 57° 55' 47" W, 424.23 ft; thence S 84°
12 40' 47" W, 7&7.5 ft; thence S Ol° 38' 58" E, to
13 Little Chico Creek; thence meandering easterly
along said creek to the westerly line of "Stilson
14 Canyon Subdivision" per map recorded in Book 34
on Pgs. 41 and 42 of the Butte County Recorder;
15 thence southerly along the westerly line of said
"Stilson Canyon Subdivision" to the east-west
16 centerline of Sec 28, T22N, R2E, MDB&M; thence
east along said centerline to the point of be=
17 ginning.
lg Containing 110 acres, more or less.
19 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days
~p after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
21 fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published-.with
g2 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
