AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1352 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
AN "A--160" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT

of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No, 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1352 Amending "A--160" Agricultural)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
Stilson Canyon, more particularly described as:
That portion of Sec 15, T22N, R2E, MDB&M located
east of Humboldt Raad, and south of the following
described line:
Commencing at ~ point in the centerline of Humboldt
Rd. located on the north lane of said Sec 22 a dis-
tance of 1719.3 ff. west of the NEa thereof; thence
northerly along said road centerline N 260 30' E,
753.8 ft. to the true point of beginning of the
herein described line; thence from said true point
of beginning, leaving said road S 48° 11' E, 381.4.5
ft. to a point on the northerly line of the Lands
of Stephen Meline and the end of said described
line .
Lots 3 and 4 and the SEa Of the NW'fa Of Sec 18,
T22N, R3E, MDB&M.
A11 that part of Sea 13, 14, 22, and 23, T22N, R2E,
MDB&M, that lies south and east of the following
described line: Beginning at a point on the south
lane of said Sec 22, 2.61 chains east of the ~ sec-
tion corner common to Sec 22 and 27, N 570 25' E,
I.54 chains, N 450 10 ' E, 2 .12 c3hains;N wl~~-~"2 ~=12 cha~.n:
thence-~N 480 45' east 204.44 chains to the northeast corner
of the SEa of the NW 4 of Sec 1.3 ; thence north along
the north-south centerline of Sec 13 to the north
line of Sec 13 and the end of said ling.

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enterprise-Recard
a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
