AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 7.078 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIF-
ORNIA, AN "S-R" (SUBURBAN-RESIDENTIAL} DISTRICT
~, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under.-.and pursuant ~o Ordinance. Noo ,475, of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 ORDAIN as follows:
g Ordinance Noo 1078 (Amending 'tS-R" Suburban-Residential)
6 District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
7 located in Stilson Canyon, more particularly described as:
8 That portion of the ~2 and the ~T2 of the E2 of
Sec. 29, T22N, R2E, MDBS~ located south of the
9 centerline of Stilson Canyon Road.
1p That portion of Sections 28 and ~9, T22N, R2E,
MDB&~3 bounded on the north by Little Chico Creek,
11 on the east by the westerly line of "Stilson Canyon
Subdivision" per map recorded in Boak 34 on pages
12 41 and 42 of the Butte County Recorder, on the
south by ' `Rocky Bluff' `, and on the west by the
13 west line of the E2 of the E~ of said Seco 29,
14~ Containing 360 acres, more or lesso
15 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
16 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
17 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
18 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
19 Chico ~nte~rise°Record _~~, a newspaper published in the
20 County of Butte, State of California a
