The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under_._-and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said

County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN a s follows:
Ordinance No. 925 (Amending "R-1" Single Family Res~idea-
hika'-1) District, Section 1 ig hereby amended to include the
following located on the east side of Paragalia Way, north of
Wagstaff, Paradise, More particularly described as follows:
Lott 1 and 2 of that Parcel Flap recorded in
Map Book 50 on Page 62 of the Butte County
Recorder.
Lots 1, 2, and 3 of that Parcel Map retarded in
Map Boak 50 on Page b5 of the Butte County
Recorder.
Lot 1 and that portion of Lot 2~::~located within
the west half of Sec. l1 T22N R3E MDB&M of that
Parcel Map recorded in Map Book 42 an Page 73 of
the Butte County Recorder.
The easterly 402.1 ft. of the southerly b60.80
f t. of the NWT ~of Sec . 11 T22N R3E MDB&M.
Containing 22.33 acres more or less, Paradise.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {l5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the ,n~meS of the rrtembers voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Post
a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
