The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under_and_pursuant_ to. Ordinance Noo _475, of said
County, being bhe Zoning FnabZ.ing Ordinance a~ amended, D0
ORDATN as follows:
Ordinance No. 99b (Amending "C-2'£ General Commercial}
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
located northwest of Chico.
A portion of Rancho Arroyo Chico located in the County
of Butte, northwest of the City of Chico, described as:
Commencingg at the intersection of the NW line of Lot 4
of Esmerald~ Tract per map or Record in Ma Book 1 on
page 33 of the Butte County Recorder and the east
right-of-way line of Esplanade; thence N 37° 20' E
990 ft, along said right-of-way lane to the true point
of beginning of the herein described parcel; thence
N 52° 17' 56" E 1370 ft, more or less to the west
right-of-way line of Stag Hwy 99; thence N 43° 45'
34" W 332.07 f to along the west right-of-way line of
State Hwy 99; thence S 52 l7' S6" W 1335 ft. more or
less to the east right-of-way line of Esplanade; thence
S 37° 20' E 330 ft, along the east right-of-way line
of Esplanade to the true point of beginning.
Containing 10.,5 acres, more or lesso
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration ibtf
fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
_, Chico Enterprise--Record ____^~~ a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
