AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE 'TSALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 12$4
of the County of Butte entitled HEALTH SERVICES - DEPARTMENTAL
SERVICES 540-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

and adding thereto the fallowing:
1 Typist Clerk IIT
Section 2 that Section No, 57 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte entitled HEALTH SERVICES _ MENTAL
HEALTH 540-004 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
8 ... Mental Health Technician
~} ~ Mental Health Worker
and adding thereto the following:
g Mental Health Technician
5 Mental Health Worker
thereby changing the total. from 40 1/2 to 42 1/2.
This ordinance shall take effect on April 17, 1976
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County of
