AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 945 ZONTNG
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALTFORNTA, AN '~M-1" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DTSTRTCT
The Board ofSupervisors of the County of !Butte, Mate
Iof California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance Nop 945 (Amesling "M-l'~ Light Industrial}
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located in Chico, more particularly describAd as follows:
Lot 8 of 'Vista 1~1 Monte Sub" per Map of
Record in Map Book l7 on Page 6 of the Butte
County Recorder.
Identified as AP 42-30-5, containing 1p0 acre,
Chicop
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
.after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Coco Ender rise-Record T, , a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of Californian
