Lot l of "Green Acres Sub" per znap of record in Map Book 35 on Pages 6 and 7 of the Butte County Recorder. Lot l3 of "Glenwood Sub" per map of record in Map Book 24 on Pages 13 and 14 of the~Butte County Recorder. The northwesterly 100 ft. of the northeasterly 276 ft . of Lot 73 of "Bidwell 2nd 5ub'.' -per map. of re- cord in Map Book 5 on Page 27 of the Butte County Recorder. The northeasterly 240 ft. of the southeasterly 430 ft. of Lot 76 of said "Bidwell end Sub". .The northeasterly 200 ft. of the southeasterly 100 ft. of Lot 77 of said "Bidwell 2nd Sub".
