Lots l through l2 and l4 through 24 of "Glenwood Sub" per map of record in Map Book 24 on Pages 13 and 14 of the Butte County Recorder . The southeasterly 3.1.4 ft. of the northwesterly 210 ft. of the northeasterly 145 ft. of Lot 73 of "Bidwell 2nd Sub" per map of record in Map Book 5 on Fage 27 of the Butte County Recorder. Ali of "Glen Haven Estates, Unit No. 1" per map of record in Map Book 27 on Page 36 of the Butte County Recorder . All of "Glen Haven Estates Unit No. 2" per map of Record in Map Book 28 on Page 27 of the Butte County Recorder. ~: Containing 26 acres, more or less.
