Resolution No. 17-021
PROCLAMATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte, in accordance with the
proclamation made by the Chief Administrative Officer on the 17th day of January, 2017, caused by torrential
rain, high winds and heavy snow, and the Board) of Supervisors ratification of the action by the Chief
Administrative Officer on the 2411 day of January, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the
control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, does hereby
proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED ANIS ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on this
25th day of February, 2017, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
