Resolution No. 17-022
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION AWARD
UNDER FIRE PREVENTION/EDUCATION PROGRAM
Approving the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection Agreement#SGS16145 for services from
April 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the Butte County Fire Department, that said Board
does hereby approve the Agreement with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection
(Agreement## 5GS16145) dated April 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017 and any amendments thereto. This
Agreement provides for an award, duiring the term of this Agreement, under the Butte County Fire
Prevention/Education Program during the State Fiscal year 2016/2017 up to and no more than the amount of
15,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Chairperson of said Board be and hereby is authorized to sign and
execute said Agreement and any amendments on behalf of the Butte County Fire Department enteredinto
between the County of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the
period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017;
The forgoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Butte County Board l of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 2.8th day of February, 2017 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
