AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 92'~ s~ONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE., STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A "R-3" (MED1?t1TM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of sai d
E County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 927 (Amending "R--3" Medium Density
Residential} District. Section 1 is hereby amended tzo include
the following, located northwest of Chico.
Lots 2 through l~ of "Green Acres Sub" per map of
record in Map Book 35 on Pages b and 7 of the
Butte County Recorder.

ft. of the northeasterly 292 ft. of Lot 74 of

That this Ordinance shall-take effect thirty (3~) days
after the date ,of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
