RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE -SALARY ORDINANCE”
NIOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference J of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Probation Peace Officers
Association” by amending the salary plan for the Classification to include:
Section 28 Reference J (Effective February 11, 2017)-4% Safety
Section 28 Reference J (Effective February 11, 2017)-4% Non-Safety
Salary Pian for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference J (Effective February 101, 2018)-5.22% Safety
Section 28 Reference J (Effective February 10, 2018)-3.81% Nan-Safety
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference J (Effective February 9, 2019)-3% Safety
Section 28 Reference J (Effective February 9, 2019)-3% Non-Safety
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
