Resolution No. 17-035
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE„
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 2.9 Reference A of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Salary Plan for Elected and
Appointed Officials” by amending the salary plan for the Classification to include:
Section 29 Reference A (Effective February, 11, 2017)-3
Salary Plan for Elected and Appointed Officials (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 281" Day of February,
2017, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
