RESOLUTION I AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNC?'Va'VN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "General Unit" to change the
following:
Class Code Classification Previous Range/ Bi-Weekly Step 1 New Range/ Bi-Weekly Step 1
3750 child Support Specialist 1 26 /$1148.80 28/$1207.20
NC7t,NfJ,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference E of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Management and
Supervisory Unit (BCM EA)" to add there to the following:
Class Code Classification Range Bi-Weekly Step 1 Bi-Weekly Step 7
4625 Deputy Director, General Services 65 $3,072.80 $4,117.60
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference L of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Non-Represented Classifications"
to add there to the fallowing:
Class Code Classification Range Bi-Weekly'Step 1 Bi-Weekly Steyr 7
1037 Communications and Public Information Officer 63 $2,812.00 $3,769.60
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "550-Child Support Services" by deleting there
from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1042./1043 Accountant, Senior/Accountant
1.00 1041 Supervisor, Accountant
Thereby decreasing the total allocations by two (2).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 9 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "470-Clerk Recorder" by deleting there from
the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 4918/4917 Inventory Warehouse Specialist, Senior/Inventory Warehouse
Specialist
And adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1145/1146 Deputy County Clerk Recorder, Senior/Deputy County Clerk
Recorder
Thereby leaving the allocations unchanged.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 10 of Ordinance No.4109 of the County of Butte entitled "020-County Administration" by deleting there
from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 8913/8912/8911/1018 Management Analyst, Principal-C/Management Analyst, Senior-
C/ Management Analyst-C/ Management Analyst, Associate-
And adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1037 Communications and Public Information Officer
Thereby leaving the allocations unchanged.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 16 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "021-General Services" by adding there to the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 4625 Deputy Director, General Services
1.00 4925/4926/4927 Contracts Procurement Agent, Senior/Contracts Procurement
Agent/Contracts Procurement Agent, Associate
Thereby increasing the total allocations by two (2).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 27 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "620-Water and Resource Conservation" by
deleting there from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1058 Administrative Assistant, Senior
Thereby decreasing the total allocations by one (1).
