AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1078 ZON ZNG A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
A "S~-~" (SUBURBAN) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows
Ordinance No. 1078 (Amending "S~l" Suburban) District,
Section 1 is hereby amended t:: include the following, located
northwest of Chico.
Lot 71 d 75 of "Bidwell 2nd Sub" per map of
record in Map Book 5 on Page 27 of the Butte
County Recorder and Lot 74 of said "Bidwell
and Sub" except~.ng therefrom the southeasterly
146 ft, of the northwester~.y 366 ft. of the
northeasterly 292 ft. of said Lot 74. Lot
76 of said "Bidwell -i~nd Sub" excepting there-
from the northeasterly 240 ft. of the southeasterly
430 ft. of said Lot 7b.
The northwesterly 244 ft. and the southeasterly
l10 ft. of the northwesterly 554 ft. of the south-
westerly 328 ft. of Lot 87 of said "Bidwell 2nd
Sub . "
Containing 53 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty t30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members vota.ng for and against the same in the
Chico Enterprise-Record , a newspaper pub lished in the
~E: County of Butte, State of California.
