Resolution No. 17-044
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY” OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby
amends Section 6 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "541-Behavioral Health” by
deleting there from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1043 Accountant
1.00 4143/4144 Behavioral Health Counselor II/1
1.00 4156 Behavioral Health Worker
1.00 4105 Program Manager, Clinical Services
And adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1049/1048 Contract Specialist, Senior/Contract Specialist
Thereby decreasing the total allocations by three (3).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby
amends Section 21 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "540-Public Health” by deleting
there from the following:

And adding there to the following:
