The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended DO ORDAIN , as follows SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte , State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "A-SR" {Agricultural--Suburban-Residential) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided and area so zoned being located northwest of Chico, and more particularly described as: The southwesterly 310 ft. of sots 7$ and 79 of "Bidwell 2nd Sub" per map of record a.n Map Book 5 on Page 27 of the Butte County Recorder and all of Lot 77 of said "Bidwell 2nd Sub" excepting there from the southeasterly 100 ft . of the north-- . easterly 200 ft. of said lot'i77. Containing 20 acres, more or Tess. SECTION 2. Regulations for an "A-SR" (Agricultural- . Suburban-Residential} District: The falle~ing regulations shall apply to an "A-SR" District-.~ 2.1 USES PERMITTED: a. Single--family dwellings, not including tents or mobile homes. b . For each horse or head of cattle over one (1} year of age, one half acre, 21,780 sq. ft. b . For each head of swine over ten (10 } weEks of ,age , one half acres 2 ~., 780 sq . ft . c. For each head of sheep. or goats, one quarter acre, 10, 890 sq. ft. 2 , 3 LOT AREA Ma.n~.mum required area of a lot per dwelling unit shall be not less than 8,7.25 sq . ft . 2.~ LOT WIDTH: Minimum lot width shall be not less than s~.xty-fl.ve (65) feet. 2 .5 FRONT YARD Minimum front yard shall be fifty (50) feet from the centerline of the load except where the road is classified by the County of Butte as a Federal Aid Secondary Road, the minimum building setback requirements sha11 be fifty-five (55) feet from the centerline of the road. 2.6 S IDE YARD Minimum side yard shall. be not les s than five ( 5 ) feet. SECTION 3. The following uses subject to securing a use permit in each case: a. Public and quasi-public uses, including churches. b. Hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools and. -2- ]. public utility bu~.ldings . 2 SECTION 4. All uses of land within the district not ~ specifically authorized and permitted in Sections ~ and 3 are 4' ;; prohibited. 5 SECTION 5. Penalties for any violation of the zoning 8 hereby imposed within the Distra.et shall be as provided zn the Zoning Ordinance.
