RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DORIAN KITTRELL, BUTTE COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIRECTOR TO SIGN
AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS BETWEEN STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
14-90050 ACS
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County
Board of Supervisors to enter into the State Department of Health Care Services (OHCS) Drug/Medi-Cal agreement
for FY 2014-15 through FY 201.6-17; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Dorian Kittrell, Director, Butte
County Behavioral Health, to sign the agreement and all amendments for FY 2014-15 through FY 2016-17; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2014-15 is$3,679,206; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2015-16 is$4,025,627; and
WHEREAS,the maximum amount receivable for FY 2016-17 is$5,483,105 (this is an increase of$1,392,988).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by
the Boardof Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for a new multi-
year total of$13,187,938 and to accept above described provisions of this agreement amendment,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on this 11th
day of April, 2017 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, (Kirk, Lambert,Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
