AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1498 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIF-
ORNIA, AN "A-10" (AGRTCULTURAL~ DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDA,~N as fol~.ows :
Ordinance No. 1498 Amending "A-10" Agricultural)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
located northwest of Chico.
Lots 70, 88, 89, 90, 91, & 92 of "Bidwell 2nd Sub"
per map of record in Map Book 5 on Page 27 of the
Butte County Recorder, and that portion of Lot 72
of said "Bidwell 2nd Sub" located northwest of
"Green Acres Sub" per map of record in Map Book
35 on Pages 6 and 7 of the Butte County Recorder.

the County of Butte, State of California.
