RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109,OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE„
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference Lof Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled ”Non-Represented Classifications”
by amending the salary plan for the Classification to include:
Section 28 Reference L (Effective January 14, 2017)-4%
Salary Plan for Medical Director Classification (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference L (Effective December 2, 2017)-3%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference L (Effective December 1, 2018)-3%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
