Resolution No.. 17-069
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO0. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Management and
Supervisory Unit (BCMEA)” to add there to the following:
Class Code Classification Range Bi-Weekly Step_1 Bi-Weekly Step 7
3502 Manager, Code Enforcement 55 $2,400.00 $3,216.00
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 12 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "440-Development Services” by adding there
to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 3303 Building Official, Assistant
1.00 3502 Manager, Code Enforcement
Whereby increasing the total allocations by two (2).

the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert,Teeter, and Chair Connelly
