AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section Na. 3 (A) of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte entitled SALARY FOR CLASSES WITH RANGE
ASSIGNMENTS, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the follawing:

17.5 2272 Chief Storekeeper
21.5 4355 Equipment Shop Supervisor
15.0 5531 Resident Deputy Sheriff
and adding thereto the fallowing:

Section 2 that Section No. 32 of Ordinance No. 1.284
of the County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONER 350--001 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the fallowing:

and adding thereto the following:

Section 3 that Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 1284

This ordinance sha11 take effect on May $, 1976
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County of
Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
