RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highway Code provides that in May of each year, the County
shall submit to the Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its
mileage of maintained County roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, in 2016 certified to the State
Controller that the total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1,289.956 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained County roads is 1,289.:956
miles.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the total mileage of maintained County roads remains at
1,289.956 miles.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 9th day of May, 2017 by the
following vote:
AYES:. Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
