RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MASTER AGREEMENT ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE
AGREEMENTFOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS, MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 03-5912F15
WHEREAS,the County of Butte is eligible to receive Federal-Aid (Department of Transportation reimbursement
funding as an Administering Agency for certain designated transportation projects,through the State of California,
Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements and Program Supplemental Agreements need to be executed with the State of
California Department of Transportation to establish terms and conditions applicable to the Administering Agency
before such qualifying transportation projects are commenced and reimbursement of funds can be claimed, and
WHEREAS,the State of California, Department of Transportation has transmitted the new Master Agreement,
Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects, No. 03-5912F15 to the County for approval and
execution.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,that:.
1. The Master Agreement, Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects, No. 03-5912F15 is
hereby approved; and
2. The Director of PublicWorks is hereby authorized to execute the Master Agreement, Administering Agency-
State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects, No.03-59121`15 on behalf of the County of Butte; and
3. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte is hereby authorized to provide a certified copy
of the Resolution for attachment to the Master Agreement, Administering Agency-State Agreement for
Federal-Aid Projects, No. 03-59121715.

following,vote:
