Resolution No. 17-077
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference A of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Correctional
Officer's Associaltion-General Unit (BCCOA-General)” by amending the salary plan for the Classification to
include:
Section 28 Reference A (Effective M:ay 6, 2017)-4%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference A (Effective May S, 2018)-3%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference A (Effective May 4, 2019)-3%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
