RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WO7RKS TO ACT AS TH,E OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR BUTTE COUNTY IN
EXECUTING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 057'-F TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY MASTER AGREEMENT NO.03-5912F15
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive State and Federal-Aid funding for certain transportation
projects,through the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and
WHEREAS, on May 9, 2017,the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte approved and authorized execution
of Master Agreement,Administering Agency-State Agreement for State and Federal-Aid Projects No.03-5912F15; and
WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California for the Class II bike Vanes
along Monte Vista Avenue from Lincoln Boulevard to Lower Wyandotte Road and on Louver Wyandotte Road from Las
Plumas Avenue to Monte Vista Avenue, Project No. CML-5912(111), under said Master Agreement,Administering
Agency—State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-5912F15 requires execution of Program Supplement
Agreement No. 0757-F to said Master Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Caltrans requires the Board of Supervisors” approval for signature of Program Supplement
Agreements for each individual project.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,State of California, that:
1. The Director of Public Works or his authorized designee are hereby authorized to execute The Program
Supplement Agreement No. 057-F and all future Program Supplemental Agreements for Project No CML-
5912(111); and
2. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte shall be authorized to provide certified copies
of the Resolution for attachment to Program Supplement Agreement No.057-F to the above Master
Agreement and future Program Supplemental Agreements for Project No. CML-5912(111).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 231` day of
May, 2017 by the following vote:.
AYES:Supervisors Wahl, Lambert,Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT:Supervisor Kirk
