AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"'
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section No. 42 of Ordinance No, 12$4
'of the County of Butte entitled BUILDING & SUBDIVISION INSPECTION
1440-p00 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
lp Building Inspector or Building
Inspector Trainee
and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 18 to 22.
Section 2 that Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 1284

This ordinance shall take effect on May 15, 197
which is beyond 3a days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, this- 13 day of April. , 1976
