AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE. N0, 12$~ OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS. THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS ~`OLLOWS;
section 1 that Section No. 51 of Ordinance Na. 12$~
of the County of Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING &
ADMINISTRATION 530-004 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classif ication Title
6 Assistant Civil Engineer
and adding thereto the following:
7 Assistant Civil Engineer
thereby charging the fatal from 2$ to ~9. '
This .ordinance shall take. effect an May 29, 1976
which is beyond 30 days after the date. of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, this 27 day of April 1976
by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Ladd, Madigan, McKil7.op, Richter & Chairman

ABSENT ; none
