Resolution No. 17-104
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE"SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4100 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Management and
Supervisory Unit (BCMEA)" to change the name of the following classification":
Class Code Previous Classification Title New Classification Title
1188 Manager, Clerk-Recorder/Election Services Manager, Clerk-Recorder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 9 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "470-Clerk-Recorder" by changing to the folflowing:
Previous Classification Title New Classification Title
Manager, Clerk-Recorder/Election Services Manager, Clerk-Recorder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 16 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "021-General Services" by adding there to the
following:
Position Class Cade Classification
1.00 4910 Contracts/Procurement Manager
1.00 1021 Fiscal Manager
Thereby decreasing the total allocations by two (2).

following vote:
