�' ,� � ✓� RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Beard of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 2.8 Reference D of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Social Workers' Unit-Effective
2/11/2017-5%, Effective 12/02/2017-2°,/ and Effective 12/01/2018-3%” to add the following classification,
which shall be effective May 6, 2017:

5352 Employment Case Manager, Special Assignment 62
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 14 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "570-Employment and Social Services" by
deleting the following which shall be effective May 6, 20117:

2.00 5353 Employment Case Manager, Senior or Employment Case
Manager
And adding there to the following which shall be effective May 6, 2017:.

2.00 5352/5353 Employment Case Manager, Special Assignment or Employment

Thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
