RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
AUTHORIZING THE DIRE'C'TOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR BUTTE COUNTY IN
EXECUTING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO..059-F TO
ADMINISTERING AGENCY MASTER AGREEMENT NOW 03-5912F15
WHEREAS,the County of Butte is eligible to receive State and Federal-Aid funding for certain transportation
projects, through the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and
WHEREAS, on May 9, 2017,the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte approved and authorized execution
of Master Agreement, Administering Agency-State Agreement for State and Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-5912F15; and
WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California for the Highway Safety
Improvement Program (HSIP) guardrail upgrade project, Project No. HSIPL-5912(109), under said Master Agreement,
Administering Agency — State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-5912F15 requires execution of Program
Supplement Agreement No. 059-F to said Master Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Caltrans requires the Board of Supervisors approval for signature of Program Supplement
Agreements for each individual project.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,State of California, that:
1. The Director of Public Works or his authorized designee are hereby authorized to execute the
Program Supplement Agreement No. 0594 and all future Program Supplemental Agreements for
Project No HSIPL-5912(109); and
2. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the Couinty of Butte shall be authorized to provide certified
copies of the resolution for attachment to Program Supplement Agreement No. 059-F to the above
Master Agreement and future Program Supplemental Agreements for Project No. HSIPL-591.2(109).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 27`h day of
June, 2017, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambent, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: Nome
