The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO

District, :Section 1 ~.s hereby amended to include the following,
located on the west side o~ Esplanade between Eaton Road and
Shasta Ave., Chico, more particularly described as follows;
A portion of Lot 1 of "Evans Tract`r per Map of
Record in Map Book 3 on page b7 of the Butte County
Recorder, excepting therefrom the northerly 90 ft.
of the easterly 363 ft., and Lots 2 and 3 of a
parcel map recorded in Map Book 44 on page 59 of
the Butte County Recorder.
Containing 4.b acres, mare or Less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enter~rise~Recoxd ~~~, a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
