Resolution No. 17-112
PROCLAMATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY—OROVILLE SPILLWAY INCIDENT
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte, in accordance with the proclamation
made by the Chief Administrative Officer on the 13th day of February, 2017, caused by the Oroville Spillway Incident,
and the Board of Supervisors ratification of the action by the Chief Administrative Officer on the 17th day of February,
2017; a n d
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the
control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California.,,
does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED ANIS ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on this 25th
day of July, 2017, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert,Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES, None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
