RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PUBLIC ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that Notice of Its Intention to name the public road shown below be pasted as
required by Streets and Highways Code Section 970.5 and that on August 22, 2017, at 9:20 A.M. in the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administrative Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the subject of the proposed
name change:

Jail l Road County Center Drive to End Gillick Way
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board' of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 25th day
of July, 2017, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
