The Berard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:

Dwellings Restricted Service) District, Section 1 is hereby
amended to include the following, located on the west side of
Esplanade between ~.,aton Road and 'Shasta Ave., Chaco, more
particularly described as follows:
The northerly 90 ft. of the easterly 363 ft. of
Lot 1 of "Evans Tract" per Map of Record in Map
Book 3 on page 67 of the Butte County Recorder.
That portion of the following described parcel
located within 300 ft. of the west right-of-way
line of Esplanade:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 5 of 'TBay Tract •
No. l" per Map recorded in Map Book l on page 42
of the Butte County Recorder; thence northwesterly
along the NE boundary of said "Bay Tract No. 1"
817.54 ft.; thence N 52° 13' 40" E 2146.61 ft.;
thence S 37° 54' 10" E 561 ft., thence N 52° l3'
40" E 500 ft. to the west right-of-way line of
Esplanade; thence southeasterly along the Esplanade
to the mast northerly corner of Lot 1 of "Evans
Tract" per Map of Record in Map Book 3 on page b7
of the Butte County Recorder; thence .southwesterly
along the northwesterly line of said "Evans Tract"
to the most easterly corner of Lot 12 of said
"Bay Tract No. 1"; thence northwesterly along the
NE boundary of said Bay Tract to the point of
beginning,
Containing 20 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
