PROCLAMATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY--WALL EIRE
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte, in accordance with the
proclamation made by the Chief Administrative Officer on the 9th day of July, 2017, caused by the "Wall Fire,
and the Board of Supervisors ratification of the action by the Chief Administrative Officer on the 121h day of July,
2017; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the
control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 22nd day of August, 2017, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Dirk, Lambert, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING None
